JMU Public Speaking Teacher’s Assistant/Communication Center Tutor                         January 2025 - Present  Harrisonburg, Virginia  

• Provided individualized and group tutoring to over 200 university students, focusing on the development and refinement of essential public speaking skills. Acted as a mentor to students to increase speaker confidence. 

• Worked with an instructor to design and implement course materials, including interactive exercises, example speeches, and guides. The position directly supported students in preparing speeches and crafting compelling content.

Zeta Tau Alpha President                                                                                      December 2024 - Present  

• Directed all chapter operations for a sorority of 320 women, ensuring compliance with national policies and maintaining strong relationships with university officials and alumnae. Managed a chapter budget of $80,000.

• Led an executive board of 12 women, led chapter meetings, set strategic goals, and represented Zeta at university events.

• Oversaw judicial proceedings and legal contracts, ensuring chapter actions are in accordance with national regulations and university standards.
